This is a great place to stay. It is very clean and comfortable. The Staff is absolutely great and they make you feel as if you are at the Ritz. They go out of their way here to accommodate you a d make your stay as nice as possible.

We got stranded an hour away because i70 was closed due to the snow and we didn’t make it to our first night at our stay. Not only did they call me to make sure I was okay, but they were kind enough to respect our reservation but our room as well. I was able to check in as early as I wanted the next day and didn’t have to wait till check in time. I’m not sure if the woman I spoke to was a manager/owner but she was more than kind and provided excellent service. 😁

Being treated with dignity, kindness and respect by the staff... & Also being respectfully refunded on a double charge asap was what I like about this hotel...the Great customer service! .
